Justice // Canon (Tiga Remix)

Earlier this week we enjoyed Justice's live set at AB Brussels, bringing both tracks from their debut album † and newer material from their latest album Audio, video, disco.
New tracks like Civilization, Audio, video, Disco and On'n'On were featured with several remixes. But only a month ago Tiga himself dropped a remix of Canon, which, we feel, unfortunately seems to have missed the public's much earned attention a little bit... even though it is an absolute dancefloor killer with a pure organic feeling!

Forma.T Surprise Party (video)
April the 3rd, Forma.T organised a Surprise Party in Liège. The place was soldout and packed without one single name on the bill. In this video you can see the crowd going nuts when they announced the special guest was Justice. Also behind the decks that night: Les Petits Pilous, Surfing Leons, Party Harders and others. Filmed by Rizzie & Doom. Edited by aooa.tv to LPP's latest remix of Mix Hell's Boom Da.

Justice unplugged
There was a lot of commotion the past few days in the blogosphere about the picture above, posted on Tech Funk Manifesto, which was titled: "Justice Busted". On the picture you see the French electro duo playing a set with a MIDI controller that isn't plugged. Or, in other words, Gaspard Augé is doing effects on a device to which not one single cable is connected. The picture was linked and emailed immediately throughout the internet through which rumors circulated that Justice "doesn't play live", that they had "become lazy" and that they were "just faking it all"...
Justice responded with an official statement:
"Yeah, shit happens! I remember the story, I couldn't remember the city but I think it was in Manchester. I didn't noticed at first, because as you can see I was looking at the computer to launch the next vocal hook and right after I realised that the blue screen went black, so there was no way possible it could work, so I plugged it back in, big deal! And the next thing you know is this picture".And to be really sure that the story above is true, they now also posted before and after pictures of the incident to their myspace:- Gaspard Augé -
