Introduction

Welcome at 'Never Miss a Beat', our brand new blog. The purpose is to bring you a mixture between good new electronic music, previews and reports about lots of parties and events in and around the city of Sint-Truiden and way beyond. We do this because we feel that there's something moving in this area. Until a couple of years ago there wasn't much to do and only few initiatives were taken to organise some things for the outgoing local youth.

Youngsters Dimitri Cologne and Jo Dirix were sitting together around that period and decided that something had to be done.. With Cocadisco, they launched a stunning new nightlife event. And from that moment on things have changed. Today the question for parents is: "It's 10 am. Do you know where my children are?" <:o).

New concepts and parties rise like never before: Less Toys // More Noise, Stand Your Ground, Ready for Take-off, etc. Even x-mos parties are no longer what they used to be.. Can you imagine names like Brodinski, Housemeister or Tomas Andersson playing in the area of Sint-Truiden let's say 10 years ago? Indeed.. So there is something going on.. and we can only support and promote that!

That's what this blog is about. Our aim is to inform you about good parties, about new concepts and about new local talents.
